"Mallory of RELAX & Eat Cake was such a pleasure to work with from beginning to end - we had a meeting where we brainstormed ideas, she sent me over sketches, and even went further into sending me ideas when I still wasn't sure what all I wanted. She's professional, creative, and a seasoned business owner that wants the customer to be happy with what they are getting! An artist herself - she can create anything you desire - theme desserts are her specialty for weddings, events, parties, etc. You can go from something simple and elegant to having beautiful artwork on your dessert! When my fiance (who is a welder) sketched out a design just as an idea .. she took that exact design and made it come to life! I even forgot about getting a cake topper and didn't even realize it until the day of my wedding but then saw that she had added a really cool design on top of it that flowed with the rest of the cake .. so it didn't even need one! I told her I wasn't sure what flavor I wanted so I asked her to maybe pick a flavor that seemed like a common one people liked across the board .. but she surprised me and my guests with three different amazingly flavored layers. It was so unique and YUMMY! I had so many guests comment that they absolutely LOVED my cake and it was hands down one of the best wedding cakes they had ever had! I would highly recommend her for not only your wedding cake but any of your wedding festivities where you are wanting desserts because she can do a variety of sweet treats!"

"We love this company and Mallory. We had a sudden terminal illness diagnosis in the family that made us throw an impromptu wedding so the father of the bride could be there to see his daughter get married. The day we decided was the 4th of the July when the family would already be together to celebrate the holiday. We gave Mallory 5 days notice. Not only did she take the order without issue but delievered it to us at our convenience on the holiday. It was beautiful and tasted amazing!! It was a true statement to her devotion to her customers! We will be forever thankful and recommend her to anyone we meet!!"

"I was planning my Florida wedding from Ohio and Mallory was incredibly easy to work with. We finally went with a three tiered cake: the top was vanilla with raspberry filling, middle was pineapple with coconut rum filling, and the bottom layer was German chocolate. The cake was beautiful and absolutely delicious! I think my favorite layer was the pineapple cake with coconut; some of the guests said that it tasted like vacation in cake form. I am picky about my cake and this was one of the best I've had: moist, flavorful, soooo good :o)
I was actually already on the beach for the ceremony when Mallory came to deliver the cake and set up the cake table. Although I was disappointed I never got to meet this very talented cake artist, it was a beautiful surprise when we entered the reception venue and refreshing to work with someone who was self-sufficient and punctual.
